When do contracts need to be in?

Your signed contract, filled out in full, needs to be postmarked and returned to JazzFest to vend at the festival.  If you are interested in vending at JazzFest 2012 please call the office at (605)335-6101.  Your check, insurance and other requested materials are also required at that time.

When do I know if I’m invited to attend JazzFest?

JazzFest will notify you and refund your fee IF you are not selected to participate in the festival.

Insurance? I’ve got my contract, but I’m not sure if I need liability insurance?

Food Vendors and some non-food Vendors are required to have $1,000,000 liability insurance, naming JazzFest and the City of Sioux Falls additionally insured.

By signing your contract, you understand that JazzFest will not be responsible for your negligence, injury, or liability, nor a third party’s negligence, injury or liability.

Insurance is the smart way to go, but for many Vendors it may seem expensive, impractical or unnecessary. It’s your decision and your risk.

What if I discover I can’t attend JazzFest after I’ve sent in my contract and check?

We are sorry, but your Vendor fee is non-refundable.
