Non-Booth Vendor Information

What if I don’t have a booth? Can I still be a vendor?

According to Sioux Falls City code, it is unlawful for any person to promote, sell, or offer any article or anything of any type in any park except by permit.

Anyone who appears at JazzFest to organize with the intent to distribute materials, the posting of signs or banners, or who communicate with the audience or crowds in any way, while on the city park property without a permit with be cited, fined and removed.

JazzFest is not open to a promotional presence by any group supporting a single social or political issue.  Non-booth vendor permits may be considered on a case by case basis.
